It looks like its getting too much sun in my opinion. most leafy plants don’t like direct light
1 me gustabut also this plant loves water, like every 2-3 days. they like the soil moist

to me it looks like your plant may have been watered too frequently. the soil should be dry at least an inch or two down to avoid losing leaves like this. tradescantia are a lot more drought tolerant than their reputation in my experience, most can tolerate the soil drying totally between waterings. it looks in overall good health though.

2 Me gustaI agree with Cait2k3 here if you’ve been misting the leaves to increase the humidity. Misting really doesn’t help humidity for more than a few seconds and can often damage the leaves. You might wanna try a humidity tray or placing a humidifier near the plant instead. What your leaves look like can also be an indication of both overwatering or under watering, which makes this tricky. Essentially, you’ll have to use a process of elimination to rule out what it isn’t to figure out what the problem is. If the app says the soil needs to stay wet, and it’s very dry when you water it, it could be under watered. If you’re not checking how wet the soil is when you water it, it could be overwatered. The other possibility is that I’ve noticed a glitch in the app since the start of summer where how often it recommends you water changes (which is normal, as this is rhetorical growing period for many plants) to the point of serious error with some plants. For example, my app was telling me to water my succulent, my jade plant, every 5 days, but when you look up the regular ID for the same plant, it recommends 10 days before watering. You might wanna check yours as well for the same glitch, which you can fix by setting a custom care schedule in your plant’s individual settings. Hope this helps!
