Hey guys I need some help. I had this pothos for a couple of months now, this is how I bought it. I do change the water every 2 weeks or when I notice itâs brownish/yellowish, i have it on my window where it gets enough sunlight. I noticed it hasnât really grown much. What can I do to get this girl to grow more fuller? Thanks in advance đđ«¶đœ
Have you been using any fertilizer? They unfortunately wonât grow much in just water bc thereâs not very many nutrients. Unless youâre using fish tank water. Iâm using the miracle gro liquid plant food just because itâs clear.
2 Likes I tried some fertilizer in August but some of the leaves turned yellow so I stopped using it, do you use miracle gro indoor plant food or the all purpose ? Maybe I will try again due to the weather changing and not much sunlight like summer
0 Likes This is the kind I use, I also dilute it pretty heavily. Probably 1/2-1 pump every other week for my largest hydro plant
For reference this is how big she is, I also donât dump the water but because of the lighting it doesnât grow much algae
Fertilizer for sure. I've had issues with the miracle gro I've use fox farm, superthrive or instant plant food for liquid
1 Like Seconding superthrive! but it doesnât have any NPK so it needs to be used alongside something else!
