The stems look like they still have life in them. You could trim the two side stems a little but not necessarily. Be careful with watering. Because there are no leaves there's less moisture being drawn up by the roots. A little fertilizer could help as well. Something with a little more nitrogen for leaf development or an all purpose like 10-10-10 or 12-12-12.

GenaDef give it better light, right in front of a window, shorten the branches a little and wait to water until it dries almost out then just sit and wait 🫶🏼
