Anyone have any ideas on how i get this back to being a tree? I have no idea whats happened it was thriving producing fruit then this

    Cut back the dead bits until you signs of life, the inside of the branch or trunk is green and has sap. The two green branches will be the new trees if the main trunk is dead. Stake the remaining live “trees“ is my only suggestion to let them grow vertically.
