Hey, y’all. Quick question. Is it safe to use Castile soap on peperomia plants, specifically their leaves? I recently made a mix of water, neem oil, and Castile soap to wipe the leaves of my ficus elastica plants, but I’m new to wiping my plants down, so I wanted to double check. TIA! (And if it isn’t safe, does anyone have any peperomia-safe options for getting rid of water stains from their leaves? I’ve got one peperomia in particular that arrived with them)

a vinegar solution should remove the spots. for general leaf cleaning i dont recommend using anything but a clean microfiber cloth, dry or with water. the soap won’t hurt, i just find it unnecessary personally😎☀️

Thanks! And thank you for the tip! Would apple cider vinegar work, or just a white vinegar?

White vinegar, I think ACV might have sugars that could invite mold — 1:1 ratio
