I just repotted these snake plants in a chunky soil. The roots were completely dry so should I go ahead and water them (the single leaf plant is a prop that’s been in water until today)?

I’d water them in, I like to bottom water with terracotta so the pot itself absorbs some water
2 J'aimeif you just top water the terracotta will pull water from the soil
1 j'aimeThat’s a good point, thank you.
0 J'aimeI always water newly potted plants. It helps the soil settle, too.
1 j'aimeI did but it didn’t help. Because this has been this way so long the dry ones are very dry but I don’t want to overwater the new ones.
0 J'aimeSorry, wrong thread lol. I have another question in another thread about watering imbalances and thoughts you replied to that one. But in reply to this thread, yes, I did water them. Thanks for your feedback!
