this is normal! they don't stay green all year-round. once the bloom is over it all dies back and the bulb goes dormant until next season. just keep it in water, no fertilizer anymore, and wait till next year 🤷♂️
3개 좋아요Thank you! Should i put it in soil now that the roots are long? Or keep it in water?
좋아요 1개keep it in water. it's already adjusted to water, no need to stress it with soil if it's not going mushy or beginning to smell.
좋아요 1개Water growth hyacinths don’t typically rebloom as the bulb is spent and has nothing to “recharge” with. Planting it outside in the ground should help it rebuild the spent bulb reserve but might take more than just a single season to recover.
