Hi all! I have a 26 year old Jade plant that I got from my grandma. She needs to be repotted! Looking for recommendations on best soil to use. Specific brands would be great. I’ve read that a cactus mix is ideal, there are just so many and I want to do best by her☺️ thanks in advance!

You can’t go wrong with looking one online and making your own, its so much cheaper in the long run!

Espoma’s Organic Cactus and Succulent Soil! Has never failed me. Runs for about $5-7 in my area. And I got my 30-year-old repotted at my local nursery, if you’ve got one nearby and you’re nervous about repotting it yourself. Mine has a “repotting barn” and they were really sweet about it and even pruned and propagated the stem cuttings for me. Hope this helps!

Be very careful! My plant is not nearly as big as yours and when I went to repot it, MANY of the leaves just fell off bc it was so too heavy. I had to prune it quite a bit and ended up separating it into 3 different pots.
