I need any and all tips on how to help my African Violet have some flowers š the pics is from 8 days ago. I read to clip the flowers off when they die, and I did, but now I see no evidence of new flowers. Sheās in a self watering pot and monitored well. Sheās in the corner of a sliding glass door that facesā¦.east? I think lmao
Ugh! African Violets are one of the hardest plants to grow! Iāve killed my fair share of them! To help her produce flowers I would go and buy African Violet food. I did this and I had many flowers! Please ask me if you have any questions! Good luck!
0 Me gusta Ok so I have that and use that!! I water it from the top and then whatever goes thru the drainage eventually gets sucked back up via the string. Maybe it just takes a little time?
0 Me gusta Yes! It does take time! You mostly just have to be patient. The flowers will come eventually.

Mine goes through a cycle of prolific blooms, then none, then a few blooms, none, then many again. Then once I repot (yearly) she blooms prolificly again.
