My aloe Vera plant has thrived for 3 years. I moved into a new house in November and since then it has done well also. I move it outside every summer and it has always made it grow better during that time. All the sudden looked droopy and the pieces are turning yellow. They’re all getting a mushy feel to them. I had planned to move it outside and give it 2 weeks then repot into something bigger as the pot it is in is getting to small. Why did this happen? Is there any way I can save it at this point?

Mushy generally points to over watered

I'd unpot it and check the roots.

Could definitely be a sign or overwatering which leads to root rot if there isn’t enough drainage in the pot. Check the roots out and cut off any dead ones and water with fertilizer to encourage new growth
