I took home a peace lily plant from my Grandmas funeral today. I would love to be able to propagate it, and give it to all of her kids. But I have no idea what to do. Do I just take a leaf, or do I wait for a certain stem to grow and then cut it and propagate it? Any tips are appreciated. Also care tips for it an appreciated too! Thank you!! 😊

Hi! I’m so sorry for your loss — sending you good vibes. Peace lilies quietly propagate themselves over time. You can see here that there are actually 4 plants (and maybe a teeny tiny 5th) in this pot (I just removed 4, as well, and stuck them in water) I bet there’s more than one plant in that pot!
