Omggg. I want this in my yard so bad but it’s highly invasive. Imagine lining your property with this as a sort of privacy wall.

That would be beautiful!!
2 J'aimeI know😭 so so sad they are super invasive in the eastern states. Thinking of some alternatives to get the same look
1 j'aimeMy neighbor has climbing ivy up the side of their house it is so pretty! I am in CO so I am not sure if it would work the same where you live
1 j'aimeIf you want a similar leaf habit, locusts trees are a good fit. But many species of them have huge thorns and some are invasive in certain areas.
2 J'aimeSo right! My neighbor has several and they are gorgeous! But I am CONSTANTLY pulling them out of my yards and beds.
1 j'aimewonderful news: we have a similar one that is native in the US! it's called a florida tree fern, Ctenitis Sloanei, and it's fortunately easy to buy despite it being very endangered.
2 J'aimeFun fact: many endangered in the wild plants are intentionally mass-propagated for captive care as a part of conservation efforts. It helps protect the wild populations from poaching
3 J'aimeand thank science for it! i love my natives. who could've guessed that plants adapted to your environment are low-maintenance 😆
