Hello! Maybe this is a stupid question but I need help. I use plant lights, because in my room I only have one window and it’s in a weird spot. If I set my plant lights on the lowest setting does that count as partial sun? 😅😊 Thanks!

No. And it’s not a stupid question. Most grow lights should be on highest setting unless it’s a brand such as Sansi. If you have very strong grow lights, it’s best to adjust the distance from light to plant. I would suggest full spectrum and at least 12 hours. Of course distance is dependent upon need of plant.

Use a light meter or light meter app and your device to measure the amount of light that reaches each plant. Place the light on its brightest setting. Move the light closer or farther away based on the amount of light needed by the plant. Check online for these values typically measured in lumens, foot-candles or similar units. 🪴🍀
