I have no idea what is happening to this Birkin. Sat on the top shelf corner and has been thriving since I had gotten her 3 months ago. East/South facing window, watering every 5ish days. She was about to get a drink when I seen this. Any ideas and tips?

Browning leaves for Birkens are mostly caused by lack of humidity. I was also try cleaning your leaves to to see if that helps with anything.

Try using a pebble tray - do some research yourself to find the best ways pebble trays can be effective, but this is a very effective way to increase your plants humidity.

This is very common with birkins. Birkin being a birkin.

It’s normal for the white leaves to get burnt and crispy when exposed to a decent amount of light because white leaves/leaves with less green lack chlorophyll ! The greener leaves on your plant look like they are doing fine

Here’s mine for reference. You can see my white leaves aren’t as happy as the others

Is it actually crispy, or are you seeing stem remnants through the leaf? Check the back of the leaf. If it’s a sort of reddish-brown that’s showing through the white in the front then that’s totally normal
