Hi all, This may be a silly question but when adding an indoor plant to Planta it asks if the plant is near a heat source. Our house has ducted heating/air conditioning in each room on the ceiling. Do I answer yes or no to this question? TIA

Really depends on where the plant is. If it’s somewhere high or near the air duct then say yes, but a lot of the times it’ll be a no. A good test is to just stand near the plant and put your hands over the top of it, if you can feel a medium or strong draft then say yes, but if it’s faint or none you’re fine

It’s trying to see whether the soil will be affected. And of course not a silly question, took me a bit too! 💚

Yes what MandrakesMore said! If you can feel a slight airflow from the heater with your hands where your plant is then I would choose yes
