Hii does anyone have any experiences with watermelon peperomias? This was a gift so I’m really trying to take good care of her hahah 😅 New growth on one stem but also black dead leaves at bottom of another? 🤔

    I let mine dry out completely between waterings and keep it in a slightly shallow, small pot. I read that in their natural environment they grow as a weed— in cracks and places with little water. Mine is 2 years old now, grown from a cutting (ignore how pale it is— mine gets too much sun)

    I’d remove those leaves. Also this is actually a peperomia parallel, not a watermelon Peperomia. They’re prone to root rot so make sure it dries out between waterings.
