Is it good to dead head sweet Williams ?

    Yes, when the flowers get ugly, deadhead. Also, Sweet William will do much better planted in your yard when the weather allows. Sweet William is a biennial. This means it will Bloom every other year by self-seeding. They are quite Hardy sometimes to zone 3.
