If she’s recently potted cuttings, they’ll have an adjustment phase and invest in the roots before new leaves; give it some time. Otherwise, they’ll soil might be too compacted without amendments like perlite or bark.

That’s good that there’s no root rot! ☺️ Just curious, what prompted the repot—were the roots growing out of the drainage holes or was she pretty root-bound? The pot looks a little large for the size of the plant, so I’d be curious how big the root ball is. Generally, you want the pot to be only about 1–2” larger than the root ball, otherwise all that extra soil can stay wet for too long. I’d consider gently repotting her into a smaller pot with a chunkier, well-draining mix and then give her some time to recover. Pothos are super resilient! 💚

She is made up from multiple cuttings, so her roots are pretty small but I’m planning on putting her in a smaller pot.

If she’s made up of newly rooted cuttings with a pretty small root system, I’d definitely get her into a smaller pot ASAP. If the roots are still less than about 2” long, I’d actually keep them in water a little longer rather than putting them into substrate yet. Let those roots develop a bit more first, then pot her up small. 😊🌱
