Please help. I want to give my monstera Deliciosa a coco pole. I don’t know which is the front or back.

Not an expert but it looks like you have a bunch of little guys which is why it’s hard to find the back — there’s a few backs. You have a couple of options including removing and rehoming the babies. After that should be easier to see where to stake. Look for the big backbone to tie up not a petiole.

You have like 4 or 5 small plants in there. If this was my plant I’d separate them. But if you like the bushier look keep them together. Just know that as they grow they will become a lot to manage. You could try to rearrange them in the pot so they all face the same way and use a few stakes to hold each one. You’ve got options.

Definitely separate them-they’ll all do well! The front will grow toward the sunlight. Be careful with your pot size, my monsteras are huge and in 2’ pots they grow to the size of your pot. Mine are about 4’ across and I have leaves that are 10” across. My husband prunes and starts new plants every autumn. They make great gifts!
