I know white vinegar works, but can you use on plants even with rinsing? I don’t know. Plant peeps, any input?

Yes! Dilute white vinegar in water. I would do 1:1 or a little more water

I use neem oil, water, just a little bit of castille soap, and some 3% isopropyl alcohol all mixed into a spray bottle to clean all my plant leaves and it works well

I just wipe with diluted white vinegar and warm water on a paper towel

1 tsp neem oil, water, few drops of dawn dish soap. Spray and wipe
