Maybe too much sun ? Snake plants usually like low light

It could be too much water (rotting) or not enough water. What’s your watering schedule like? What direction does the balcony face?

The balcony faces west. Honestly, the plant was doing great up until a couple months ago. There was a few months in the winter where it wasn’t getting much light at all because there was construction happening on my balcony, and there was a tarp against the window. The troubles started pretty much after that. Maybe I gave it too much water during that time and not enough light. I haven’t watered it in a few months now. I checked the soil today with my meter and it’s completely dry. So I gave it a little bit of water today and I’m going to keep an eye on it to see how it reacts.

Honesty looks good to me? lol. Maybe check to see if it’s needing a larger pot. Maybe it’s just growing. Sorry I couldn’t help.
