AlyssaNot an expert in those plants, but a YouTube channel I like to recommend is Epic Gardening, they have videos on chamomile and sage for sure, I’m not sure about spearmint. But they have a ton of good advice and are a great watch, I just binge their videos because they’re relaxing to me lol
