How do you propagate a snake plant?

You can propagate with division of plants or pups, or take leaf cuttings! I usually like soil propagation with those, but water works too! Take a healthy leaf, cut it into sections a few inches long, and let the pieces callus (dry and heal) for a day or two so they don’t rot. Once the cut ends feel dry, press them upright into a fast‑draining mix like cactus soil, keeping the cut end down and the original top end up. Place the pot in bright, indirect light and water very lightly—just enough to keep the soil barely moist. Over the next several weeks, the cuttings will slowly form roots and eventually send up new pups from the base, giving you brand‑new plants.

Had a wonky leaf on my OG snake plant. Chopped a few months back and did a water prop for 2 months and then dropped in soil with roots but you can go straight to soil after it calluses. No pups yet, but it has added some height

Just a Swiss cheese monstera cutting! But I just potted my wandering dude cuttings, and they’re rooting in nicely

Lots right now, although I started most from seed! Yellow wax beans, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, blueberries, sunflower, Daliahs, potatoe, garlic, bell pepper, coriander, Dutch iris, spider plant and about to start some winter squash later! It’s my first year growing anything other than cannabis (it’s legal to grow here in Ontario), so I’m hoping all my veggies come out well. I’m learning as I go, thinning and pruning, and trying to get the best I can get on a balcony for my son :)
