Hello everyone, nothing is wrong with my rubber tree, but its getting a lot of new leaves and the root seems to be pushing out of the soil little by little. I heard its best to repot during the growing season. Should I repot now or leave it for now?

Here’s my rubber plant after I repotted her about a month ago! She’s very happy and is pushing out another leaf
