My sister split her Peace Lily and gave me part in May of this year. It seems to be doing well after being repotted but the leaves are very droopy. Is there something I can do to perk them up, or is this normal?

When did you last water it?

0 LikesThere are plenty of things that can cause it, so it will help to narrow things down. 1. How often do you water it? As under-watering or even over-watering can make the plant droopy like this. It’s best to let it dry between waterings, only when the soil is slightly dry to the touch. 2. Temperature can affect it too. The recommended is 60-80 for it to thrive, as well as how much light it’s getting. Though it looks like you have it in a good spot with lighting. 3. Sometimes misting the leaves can help it perk up, as the plant prefers high humidity. 4. It may just be a normal reaction, as all plants tend to droop when repotted. All you can really do is take care of it and see if it perks up!
3 LikesIt’s probably in a bit of shock from repotting but I would guess it’s thirsty too, unless soil is wet to the touch I would water it :) see if it perks up
