What soil shoud i get for my Ring of fire and my Monstera. Cuz I got fungus gnats and i don’t know how to treat it. And the soil that my plants have is not good.

    I make my own but there are brands you can buy that work as well (I will let the others list them bc I don’t really know) Here’s what I put in my chunky mix 2 cups perlite 2 cups tropical houseplant soil w lava rock 1 cup orchid bark 1 tsp of growth powder

      I find that mosquito bits work good for getting rid of gnats as well as gnat death drops

      This is the way I’d go. I eyeball 50% tropical houseplant soil, 25% perlite, 25% orchid bark. My monstera has been loving it. I have what I’d consider a small fungus gnat infestation and use mosquito bit tea + yellow sticky traps to treat. Edit: I just keep a big bin of my soil premixed for repotting. It’s cheaper than buying smaller bags of premixed soil.

    I second mosquito bits. Look up how to make a “tea” with them and use that to water your plants for several weeks. Also, you might want to get some of those sticky traps that you stick in the surface of the soil.
