Vivian’s plants

This is my neighbors Norfolk Island pine. Can it come back bc she trimmed it down? Is it root bound and does it need a bigger plant? Any advice or help would be appreciated.

    I highly doubt that it will come back.

    Don’t feel bad. They are nearly impossible to maintain after a few months. Difficult needs.

    I wouldn’t have trimmed it I have a nor folk pine and it is a pain I have had it for about two years if it does grow back don’t chop it until it is too tall for your liking
