    Peace lily it looks like. I just lost mine unfortunately I think making sure watering is balanced is the best tip, and shade is best for these guys.

    I've had mine for 5 years they are drama queens. They droop really bad when they're thirsty so make sure you water before it gets that way otherwise you'll think its dead. But if you don't water it before it droops don't worry bcz it will bounce back after you water it. They also can grow in water.
