Should I repot my jade? I’ve had her for 4.5 years, and she’s been in this 6” pot for a couple years. I wouldn’t move up a pot size, I’d just change the soil as I haven’t done that in a long time.

    Repotting it with a fresh cactus mix sounds like a great idea. Jades tend to need repotting a little earlier than other plants, as I’ve found their soil can become hydrophobic in less time, so repotting it once a year is a good idea. I use Espoma’s Organic Cactus and Succulent mix for my jades, but any cactus mix that isn’t Miracle Grow brand should do. I’d avoid Miracle Grow’s soil for your jade as their soils aren’t well-draining enough for this type of plant, even their cactus mix.

      I have found any Miracle Gro soil AT ALL has poor drainage.

    You could just add some new soil to the pot. Also it looks like shes been a little bit over watered.

    Not a bigger pot but some refreshed soil that goes to the top of the current pot. Soil does break down and loses nutrients over time.
