Help! She looks healthy here, but my maranta lemon lime has slowly been losing old leaves. Two have turned bright yellow and fallen off! I looked at the roots and they’re healthy, no root rot. What else could be happening? I’m scared she’s going to keep shedding and go bald 😭 She may have dried out a bit too much between my last watering, could that be it?

I find it normal for plants to lose leaves as they put out new. I think it looks very healthy!

I read a book about being a plant parent and he said the same thing. Expect some old leaves to die.

It’s totally normal for it to shed its older leaves, but excessive or accelerated leaf drop can indicate stress or improper care. You said it’s slowly losing old leaves so that sounds normal to me.
