Hi! (Ignore the background I’m moving tomorrow) I just wanted to get some help with this monstera I got, it doesn’t really seem to be growing any big leaves and I was wondering what to do about it. Shout I cut it and propagate? Or how can I best save this and make it look nice and not just like a bunch of vines? (I’m new to this) any help and advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Big leaves come from 1. Proper support 2. Proper sunlight You have the support so I will assume it’s just not getting as much sun as it needs to grow bigger leaves. Maybe put it closer to a window or add a grow light nearby. They also love some humidity that is not common in most houses. A humidifier or a pebble tray will help that! As for making it look less like vines, I always go to propagation (this is my yellow flag as a plant girl) lol you have a lot of healthy nodes you can cut at that will clean up the momma plant and give you more plants!

Thanks so much! I will try putting it closer to the window in my new apartment and see if that helps to start with then!
