Hi I have these small black bugs around my draconium and zz plants. What are they and how do you get rid of them? I can't photograph them well. No leaf damage yet.

    They're so small but looking closer they're white and small

      I’m wondering if they’re white flies. But if they’re black instead they could be fungus gnats

      Thrips or mealybugs if they’re white.

    How do you treat or get rid of them? I'm a novice when it comes to plants. I was also reading they may be thrips

    A great tip I can offer is peppermint oil bugs hate peppermint. Oil plants are OK with it. You can add one to two drops to water before watering plant or add it to a essential oil diffuser and place near your plant. They also love humidity so that diffuser helps with that.
