My beautiful Amy Dieffenbachia has no trouble sprouting new leaves, just not as big. How do I get the leaves to grow bigger or do I have to be patient?

HayleyLots of light and lots of nutrients! I normally see smaller leaves in the winter when I'm not using fertilizer
