Okay my monkey tail was thriving. And now it’s getting dark and skinny towards the root. Idk what happened. The only change I can think of was I starting making spray from eggshells and vinegar and spraying that so that’s the only thing I can think of. But I feel so sad bc it was growing so rapidly and now it looks like it might be a goner. Anything I can do to save this guy? Also do you think the spray would’ve caused this is something else. I’ve been watering according to what the app has been telling me.

So good news is it’s push out new growth. From what I know you nerve mist a cactus. They don’t need it. The misting probably did it! I’m sorry!

So it is winter, so this might not be the best idea but normally rot isn’t good to stay on the plant. I would check the roots as wel as remove any rot so your new growth is healthy. Just keep an eye on it
