Show me the Greens!

This fern has been doing great! Lush, new growth. I noticed these… white fuzzies… on one frond. I’m not sure what it is, if it’s harmful, how to get rid of it. Any knowledge to share? TIA

It may be Mealies…. You can get rid of them with alcohol on a qtip.

Yeah those are mealy bugs. Ugggg 😩 I'm so sorry. Spay the plant with alcohol and use a qtip dunked it alcohol and get those suckers. Keep it away from all your other plants.

Definitely, mealybugs. 😬. I would dab them with alcohol on a cotton swab instead of spraying the entire plant to avoid excess strong chemicals on the plant. Mealybugs can be tiny. I would spray with a hose or shower head to knock off the hard to fine young ones. Neem oil will help. Tepeat every week until they are gone. They have soil mealies too. Pull off the pot and gently check the soil. 🪴🍀
