This guy isn’t doing very well I’m not sure what kind of plant it is and I think it’s too small to identify. I do want this guy to stay alive

    Might be a dieffenbachia judging by the stem. If you want to save it I agree it need a small pot. And looser soil that soil looks very dense and compacted. Also check the roots for rot. I completely be headed mine because she was delivered to me with stem rot. She put out a new shoot from the side.
