Lucy FrüI really can’t tell from this pic but I’d wager either mealybugs or mold, in that order. Swabbing with isopropyl rubbing alcohol (IRA) then following with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) should take care of both. IRA should kill the adult mealybugs, but the H2O2 will kill any leftover eggs.
