Well apparently I’ve neglected my plants over the past week or so lol. Normally I handle all the plant business in the morning before work but I’ve been pushing it off till after work (cause I have almost 80 plants lol) and then I get home. And I’m tired. And I forget. And I’ll say I’ll water them in the morning. And blah blah oh lol. Now I have plants with yellow leaves. Dropping leaves. They’re drying out faster cause the heat is on lol. Now I gotta nurse them all back to good health lol. I’m apologizing to the plant gods right now haha

I’m honestly in the same position! I promised myself I’d get back to a strict schedule after the holidays.

I’ve got a lot of plants really struggling right now! The cold inside and the heat on and less moisture - all an issue!

I’m going through the same thing. I need spring and summer back so they can go back in my sun room lol

It’s partially b/c of your neglect, but it’s also the cold, the suns positioning , and loss of leaves on the outside trees. I’ve had to move a lot of plants to different locations because of these changes .Yeah, they get pretty upset when the heat comes on. Give them some time and a little extra TLC and they’ll be back to thriving in a few weeks or less!

lol yup. My collection grew a lot faster than I expected. But I’ve slowed recently. I got 2 new big plant shelves recently, and I still don’t have them set up all the way how I want. And actually I’ve noticed a decline in my plants health on the new shelves, not just from my neglect lol but they are much taller, so the get the breeze from the ceiling fan and it’s probably warmer up there too. They dry out faster and I’m not catching it soon enough. My manjula and a few other plants have a bit of yellow now and dying leaves. I almost want to move them back to where they were, but I know they need to adjust and plus winter time is hard on them anyways

I was so burnt out this year and had a similar situation where taking care of so many houseplants was overwhelming instead of joyful like usual. I’ve been able to get most of them back to being happy again but lost a few in the process. I think it’s normal to go through phases like that!
