Hello all, Went to a new plant shop and they had this iresine plant on clearance and couldn’t miss up the opportunity. Anybody have any tips/plant care for these? Planta says they are “advanced” plants. Thanks☺️

i also just got an iresine! I even just made a post about how i barely see them on here! i’ve done tons of research and ive learned once the leaves are fully green like this they will stay that way til cut back and regrown. in some cases bright indirect light and patience can make them pink… but i think that’s if they’ve dulled, not changed. anyways this is just what ive learned online not in practice so do your research and good luck!
1 me gustaThanks! My research has only been through YouTube and that wasn’t useful.
0 Me gustawell upon further thought- this plant has 3 main varieties one being iresine diffusa which it seems to be more green with pink/red accents just like yours. but it’s still true low light can cause leaves to go green. Unfortunately a limit on info out there!
1 me gustahaha i see now that what you have it listed as 😊 crazy how different plants can be from one another in the same family. always learning i swear
