Does anyone have any recommendations for a good quality humidifier for plants?

I use the Levoit cool mist humidifier. I got it from Amazon (~$100 Cdn) because it had good reviews. I like it…it’s easy to clean and fill. If I had to buy one again, I would spend a little more and get the cool/warm mist humidifier.

Is the cool/warm the same brand? Do you know which would be preferred.. cool or warm?

Yes, Levoit has a cool/warm mist humidifier. In hindsight I would have preferred that one so I could use the warm mist setting. I find the cool mist lowers the ambient temperature of the room a wee bit.

The cool mist one is on sale at Amazon for $89 right now if you’re in Canada.

TaoTronics is amazing. No problems with it at all and comes with cleaning utensils. This thing maintains humidity like no other humidifier i had for my plants I am such a fan

I’m a fan of the Govee line of products. The have humidifiers, hygrometers and smart plugs that can be all controlled via app. It’s a holistic system that works really well together. This version has cool and warm mist. Warm mist consume a lot more water. Recommend using distilled water especially if you have hard tap water out you’ll need to routinely descale it.

I like Govee products too. I have their hygrometer and I think I had their other version of the humidifier. I like that it comes with Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connectivity and you can adjust it to go off if below/over a certain humidity. It wasn’t always accurate though.

I use canopy because it has dishwasher safe parts and I like the filters

This is the one I have, and am happy with it. My advice on humidifiers: don’t get the inexpensive, small wicking type if you’re using it in an enclosure (like a greenhouse cabinet). I’ve killed three now because the condensation gets into the circuitry. 🤦🏻‍♀️
