Keep them in those pots for about 2-4 more weeks. They need to get used to your house climates first and feel comfortable. If you recently got them and then repot them around the same time, the plant could go into shock and become sick. So after waiting a few weeks, you’ll be able to get on a watering schedule your plant needs, and how much sunlight it likes receiving, then after that, you can probity look into getting a bigger pot. I would recommend a bigger plastic pot like that with drainage holes at the bottom.

By leaving the plants in a plastic pot with holes at the bottom can help with the drainage of the plants water and have the water pass through the whole plant entirely without causing (puddles on their feet) so that pot is good for the silver ripple plant 😁 A nice way of watering is by setting the whole pot and plant in a container of water, so that way, the leaves of the plant don’t get water on them which could potentially cause issue.

What type of plants are they? If you let me know, then I can help you out with how much light your plant should be receiving and the amount of water.

It looks like the one is an aluminum; they like bright indirect sun light. They can tolerate some indirect sun, but not too much and too often or else the leaves will turn pale and scorch. You should water it around 1-2 times a week, allowing half the soil to dry out between waterings. Increase the frequency of watering based on more light the plant receives. It should be evenly moist but not wet.

The silver ripple should have medium to bright indirect sunlight. 3 feet away from a south facing window usually. Without ample sunlight, your plant baby could have difficulty thriving and drop leaves. As far as watering goes, the peperomia prefers its soil to be slightly moist but dislikes soggy feet (meaning, it doesn’t want to sit in puddles of water - which can lead to root rot if the plant is constantly sitting in water) basically let your peperomia dry almost completely between waterings.

also, make sure the pot you put it in is only 1-2 inches bigger than the root ball. too much excess soil can lead to root rot. i would also suggest a well draining tropical soil mix, but take that with a grain of salt, as im not too familiar with these specific kinds of plants. good luck!!
