I have heard of it and MY great grandma used to clean her plants with a milk solution. I've never tried it though on indoors

Ok thanks! I wasn’t sure if it is pure milk or a mixture of some kind! I’m not confident enough yet to try it! 😆

I have used it outdoors on plants, for powdery mildew. It was like a 1:4 part dilution milk: water. It actually worked really well. But she used it on all her plants, and said it made the indoor ones shine. I just don't know what her ratio was for 'shine

Two parts water one part milk... This can be used to clean leaves and it can be a very mild foliar feed.

My mother used to use mayonnaise. I’ve never tried either, but you just reminded me and now I can’t help but wonder if that was good or bad.

From what I've read mayonnaise is a questionable product to apply to your plants. :)

Makes sense with the oil. Thanks!
