I’m learning so much from you guys! What is a good soil and/or mix of materials for my indoor plants? To add to the post for more specifics- I have a Bird of paradise, money tree, fiddle leaf fig, and peace lily

Depending on the plant (some like succulents and what not prefer dryer soil, more drainage) any indoor soil mix is good 👍🏻 keep in mind your pot size and drainage 😇 also you can make up a mix on your own if you’re feeling up to it !
1 LikeI usually put charcoal, orchid bark, perlite, and organic soil for my indoor plants!

The gentleman who runs the local exotic houseplant shop uses a mix of good quality soil, chunky perlite, coco chunks, and earthworm castings. For the soil I recommend Fox Farm Happy Frog. 🐸

2 LikesI do mostly indoor potting soil mix then about: 1/10 ground coffee, 1/10 plant food, 1/10 perlite and mix well
