Hey there! I’m a super new plant parent. Recently I got this set of succulents from a department store, but I was wondering if I should separate them? Based on their profiles I’d have to water them at differing times, and I’d really like to keep them all as healthy as I can. I know practically nothing here, so any and all advice is appreciated. Do different kinds of plants appreciate different sized pots? Is there a soil I should look into getting for these guys? Are any of them looking sick? All thoughts are welcome :)

They all look healthy so far, except for a few stems missing leaves on the right-front jade plant. Succulents need excellent drainage and precautions against root rot. When watering, avoid getting any water in between the leaves where it could be trapped, especially with those aloes(?) in the back

I am no good at succulents but I love them and this arrangement is gorgeous. I keep trying and lose just about each one.

First make sure your pot has a drain hole. It's a beautiful planter and everything seems well developed. I find with planters like this some plants grow faster than others and need to be trimmed back to keep them in line. Sometimes it's best to just separate them into individual pots. If you can keep the planter balanced I would go for it, it's beautiful as is.

Thank you! So it’s okay to just trim certain plants for aesthetic purposes? Or should that only be done minimally? :0

Back right is a snake plant. Front with narrow leaves is a sedum. Just to the right is an echeveria. And not positive about the bushy one with small leaves, but maybe an elephant bush.

The echeveria won’t be getting enough sun. Snake may be ok but the others need lots of bright light or sun.
