JneymanIām new to succulents. What do you do with all the babies you propagate? I love the idea of propagating, but do you sell them, use them as gifts? Keep them?

I sell some and give them as gift too but I'm going to make a hanging basket out of these when they get bigger. They are really easy to propagate and lots of fun doing it. Hope you decide to try it.

I just got a massssssive succulent from cvs that called to me begging to be propagated so weāll see where that takes me!

SylviaWOW how nice š Iām also new to succulents my daughter gifted me a succulent variety for Motherās Day and I love it! I havenāt touched it since I got it but noticed today that the hen and chicks died and one of the other plants has curling brown tips! Iāve not touched or watered the plant since I got it for Motherās Day, the soil is still very damp Iām wondering if the plant was overwatered from where she purchased it what do you think?

Yes it is probably over watered and that can cause root rot so I would take them out of the pit and check the roots. Take off any mushy roots and rinse to good one-off then I would spray the good roots with 3 to 1 peroxide mix and repot in new soul. Succulents don't need a ton of water and if they are still that wet they will probably keep dying. Good luck
