How come every time my plants have spider mites and I spray it with Neem Oil it gets brown and dies eventually? 😔 It’s happened to my Rosemary plant, my sweet mind and now my lemon balm.

I don’t see spider mite damage. It looks overwatered. Let the soil dry out before watering. Check for root rot, remove and disinfect with hydrogen peroxide. 🍀🪴 Herbs need full sun to thrive. Slowly acclimate them to direct sunlight. Fertilize regularly.
2 J'aimeWhat time of day are you applying the neem oil? Spray treatments are best applied in the evening. If applied in morning or during the day the droplets of moisture can actually intensify the sun and cause sun burn to the plant.

Along these lines - sounds like your plant is experiencing phytotoxocity likely due to exposure to sunlight before the treatment has had a chance to fully dry on the leaves. Get in the habit of doing peat treatments in the evenings or turning off grow lights for a few hours after application.
