i just planted my monstera prop a few weeks ago and my dog whipped his tail and broke one of the stems. is there anything i can do to save it? or do i need to cut it off?

    I’ve seen people take a straw and cut a 4-5 inch piece and slit it down the middle (hotdog) then put it around the stem, with the break in the middle. You can then use tape to tighten it to the stem & it should give it strength.. however if the damage is too severe it will eventually die and you can chop it off🙃

    If you do end up having to cut it off, if there are any nodes you could do “ wet stick” method to propagate it.
