I just bought this plant on the clearance rack. It says its a mini variegated lipstick plant.I think it's been over watered cause some of the leaves are mushy and I dumped a lot of water out of the tray connected to it. Should I just let it dry out or repot with dry soil. Thanks for any help
i would say to prevent it from dying repotting it with dryer soil could be really good for it, but the top few inches on soil should be dry between watering so maybe give it a few days and see if it needs the repotting.

a plant THIS FULL on clearance?!? That's a steal oml. In general I'd say leave the plant out in it's new spot for a week before repotting or anything just so it can settle in and not go into shock, especially since it's in the nursery pot.
