My youngest two kids were doing their usual fighting/pushing and this happened. I kept my cool but sent them upstairs so I could pick them up and clean but I’m bawling now. I’ve had my spider from my other son for two years and the burgundy rubber I saved and it was starting to com back. Now everything is ruined!! Can I fix them?

I just want to say that I’m sorry that happened. It must have been very frustrating and it sounds like you handled it well.

It was, but my son who’s 5 came running to me with tears and crying saying mommy it was an accident! And I just smiled. I mean plants are more resilient than people. And I’m glad it was my plants and not one of the kids getting badly hurt.

From what I can tell, the plants look healthy, no? I would guess from the photos you can simply right the pots and replenish the spilt soil. I could be wrong 🤔

Truly I would, too. I’m not a natural with plants and what is growing on my balcony is due to a lot of trial/error/effort. And I have learned that while some are thankfully resilient, some are just such drama queens and die if you just look them the wrong way.
