I bought a basil plant at Walmart about a week ago. Since I’ve had it it’s been repotted but a lot of leaves are dying. Any tips for basil plants? TIA!

    I have two guesses. First, these are 6-8 different plants and may benefit from more individual space. Second, if the pot doesn't have drainage, they may suffer from root rot. What do you think?

      And basil loves sunshine. I'm guessing you have that covered.

      Maybe it just needs time to adjust to the bigger pot?

    I’m not sure the pot has drainage so that’s not the issue

      Great! I removed all of the dead parts and she’s getting baby leaves now!

    Yes, I meant that the different plants perhaps need to be separated.
